A significant portion of our machine park consists of turning machines, which are located in a separate wing but share the same airspace with the other machines. The parts produced here are mostly made from various special alloys and stainless materials. The largest machinable size range is 510 mm in diameter and 790 mm in length.
When designing our milling machine park, versatility was the primary consideration in every aspect. We have ultra-fast machines with high spindle speeds suitable for milling light metals and electrodes, as well as portal-type machining centers capable of handling large tool plates and castings. The products manufactured here are mostly high-quality, high-precision parts. Our largest machine offers a machining range of 2250 x 2200 x 800 mm. Additionally, we can provide this size range for 3D machining using our advanced 5-axis machining center.
Our grinding machines undergo regular maintenance, allowing us to guarantee high precision and excellent surface quality. Our machines have a tolerance range of 0.005 mm.
The wire EDM machine is a key tool in tool manufacturing, often capable of extending machining to extreme shapes where milling machines can no longer be used. Our wire EDM has a machining range of 300 x 200 x 250 mm and an accuracy of 0.01 mm. It is primarily used for spark erosion machining of cutting inserts and their seats.
Automatic saw blades are indispensable essentials in every workshop. Our maximum cutting height is 740 mm.
